Pittsburgh is rich in world-famous colleges and universities, both within the city limits and in nearby suburbs. HFICPP has formed relationships with these universities and colleges, and offers special programs, campus tours, and other activities at their campuses throughout the school year.

    • Ranked #70 among national universities, according to the 2018 US News Best Colleges Ranking
  • Carnegie Mellon University
    • Ranked #25 among national universities, according to the 2018 US News Best Colleges Ranking
  • Duquesne University
    • Ranked #119 among national universities, according to the 2018 US News Best Colleges Rankings
    • HFICPP students receive conditional acceptance to the university, plus consideration for merit scholarships, based on high school graduation and meeting overall admissions standards
    • Graduates of Roman Catholic high schools in Pittsburgh receive a 10% discount on base tuition and fees through the College in High School Program
  • Robert Morris University
    • HFICPP students receive conditional acceptance to the university based on graduation and meeting overall admissions standards
  • Washington & Jefferson College
    • HFICPP students receive conditional acceptance to the college, plus consideration for merit scholarships, based on graduation, interview, and meeting overall admissions standards
  • St. Vincent College
    • HFICPP students receive conditional acceptance to the university, plus consideration for merit scholarships, based on high school graduation and meeting overall admissions standards
    • Graduates of North Catholic High School receive a $2,000 grant towards tuition
  • La Roche College
    • HFICPP students receive conditional acceptance to the college, plus consideration for merit scholarships, based on graduation and meeting overall admissions standards
  • Holy Family University (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania)
    • HFICPP students receive conditional acceptance to the university based on high school graduation and meeting overall admissions standards
